Hibachi home style edition

I’ve learned with all my stomach issues that when I’ve had the craving for something that I can indulge sometimes and have it. When I was in college at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Oh. We had some wonderful restaurants. One of which was Genji a Japanese Hibachi restaurant. A group of us from work would go once a week and I’d go with my family. We got to know the owners, chefs and became friends. We loved going there and it was great because we never needed a reservation or waited in line. I would study how everything was prepared and was able to recreate the dishes I loved there especially when I moved away. I still to this day haven’t found a hibachi place I like as much as I liked Genji. But I’ll keep trying…..lol.
